Clean, basic but expensive for what it is
vert basic hotel but with really comfy bed. Super clean, but no amenities at all, and a TV that worked sporadically. My window overlooked a car rental back alley :(

We had the room next to the car wash for the rental car agency that they run out of the hotel. Enough said..... The facility was in excellent shape and the exterior didn't reflect what was inside. We enjoyed our stay and the staff. For the price, we would stay here again.

Could not quite get the temperature right. The air conditioner did not seem to work as it should. And there was no remote control for ther tv. All in all it was fair service. I would stress they pay attention to smaller details to improve the overall experience

The hallways and bathrooms were nice and recently renovated. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. There was no luggage rack or place to store suitcase open while in room. The rooms could use a reno, ditch the carpet, and paint. Room was half in basement, so view was just a car's tires. Door lock kept alarming every time i left the room, unclear how to make it stop, door was locked.

The room was comfy and very clean. The ac needed to be turned on prior to our arrival as it was very stuffy. It was incredibly handy to have the rental spot right in your hotel. The staff was amazing and I would come and stay again if I was ever in Victoria again.

room was very quiet, did not hear other guests. Appreciated the unique willow trees and flowers. Smoking bench outside the front entrance made coming and going unpleasant, needs to be moved further from the door.
