Nice hotel. The staff was accommodative, we reached past midnight and left our car on the street. They took care of valet in the morning. Convenient to good restaurants, and starting point for tours around Victoria.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Room was nice and recently renovated and delicious restaurant-Ruby’s, right downstairs. In addition to street parking (which can be hard to come by and costly), the only other option is a valet service for $20. There’s also a parkade within walking distance for $15 a day. Not great, but that’s just the reality when you’re downtown. Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay.

Already planning my next trip at this hotel. The location can’t be beat; it’s a 5 minute walk to china town, 5 minutes to the harbour, 20 minutes to Beacon Hill Park, as well as close proximity to the entire downtown area. The coffee machine in the lobby was a plus, as well. The staff were attentive, and I liked the texting feature. I also liked that it’s assumed your room is do-not-disturb unless explicitly stated otherwise, and you can schedule a cleaning of your room. Like I said, I would definitely come back to this hotel!
