You’ll love this location. Situated right across from a grocery store, convenience store. liquor store and pharmacy. Many great restaurants and 2 local coffee shops all within a 2 minute walk. Right beside Save on Foods Centre/ Arena. 3 parks with climbing structures and swings are also within walking distance one of the parks has a new bike and skate park in it. Close to bus stops.
This 2 bedroom townhome has been renovated recently so it’s very clean and modern. Bedrooms and bathroom is located on the upper floor with living room, kitchen and dining room on lower level. Perfect for putting the kids in bed and then visiting in the living room in the evening. Kids toys are available in the second bedroom (Thomas Trains and Lego Duplo) as well as 2 child sized basketball gloves and basketball, badminton rackets and birdie, scooter & kite. Bikes- 1 adult size with trail a bike, 1 teenager size and 1 kids size available by request. Victoria has many great bike lanes making it quite safe to ride around downtown Victoria and along the ocean / Beacon Park area.

Great location with lots of space!
I really enjoyed staying here over Christmas, location is close to downtown. My only criticism is there is no microwave and the dishwasher wasn’t hooked up.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very responsive and flexible regarding our travel arrangements. Communication was quick. The location was walkable to downtown Victoria, not close but about a 30 minute trek to the core.

Great Place Near Downtown!
My partner and I had a great stay at this location! The host was good with community, and the check-in process was easy. It's a short walk downtown, and there are many great restaurants and stores nearby. The townhome was clean, quiet, and had all amenities that we needed. Overall, we had a great time spending a couple nights here, and the host is very easy to communicate with! Definitely recommend!
