Heat wouldn’t heat room, fireplace didn’t work, I complained and the front desk guy said “ yeah most of them don’t work , we have to replace them” $10 parking fee even if u park on street , you have to pay $29 to use pool .

Great Christmas getaway
It is our third time staying here and we come to stay to visit family for Christmas. The location at winter reminds you of a ski hill. Very quiet location. Every visit we have enjoyed our stay. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is perfect to bring food and has all the kitchen items (except salt and pepper or any condiments). The staff is always friendly My only complaint was having a surprise charge of $10/night for parking. I dont believe we have paid for this before and didnt think to check when booking. However, we would still return in the future. We stayed Christmas night and had a cute little letter for our kid from Santa and chocolate on the door in the morning. Nice little touches that we appreciated
