Very clean and well maintained hotel. Looking for a place to stay in Langford this hotel came up and I am so glad I took the chance and stayed there. The bathroom was spotless and the linens on the bed were of good quality. The cleaning staff were fabulous. The reception is run by very young people and could use a little more finesse. The included breakfast was very good with a nice selection of the menu. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.
Nice Comfortable Hotel - Parking can be ltd though.
Overall stay was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Ginger ale and bottled water was a nice touch. Restaurant was quite good though a bit pricey for breakfast.
Online checkin had little benefit. Staff still had to do all the same process as they normally would and insisted that I hadn’t actually checked in even though my texts clearly said otherwise.
Parking is very tight if the hotel is full. Front lot has decent sized spots but the rest are geared towards smaller vehicles which are not the norm for the area.
Location is handy to shopping and the highway, so it’s easy to get to any of the nearby sights even if it’s a bit of a drive to get into Victoria itself. Being beside Costco, it is busy and can be loud with forklifts honking at all hours. You’ll want to have the fans running if you’re a light sleeper and on that side of the hotel.
We paid for 5 people and got a suite only suitable for 2 people. We had to end up sleeping on a pull out couch (we had to make the bed) which was VERY Uncomfortable and all crockery was only set for 2 people. And with 4 adults the bath is in the living room and we are most definitely not going to bath with an audience 😡
