I spent one night here prior to my flight home from the Island. I booked this property because of its great reviews and awesome location. I was pleasantly surprised by how charming it was! We were right on a busy road, so even with windows closed, it was noisy at times throughout the evening. We had a corner room and it was huge, so not sure if this was unusual because it was a corner, but I was thrilled by the size of our room. The staff was friendly and everything was lovely and clean and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room with all the amenities. Very nice bathroom as it had windows for great light and ventilation. Air conditioner was too noisy but if you don’t need it then best to turn it off at night.

We stayed in a suite at Helm's Inn with our 13-old grandson as part of a 10-day trip to British Columbia and it was our favorite lodging. The room was comfortable and well-laid out; the people on staff were very pleasant and efficient. We all give it 5 stars.

Mae the front desk lady checked us in, she was professional and welcoming. We were worried that we would have to carry our heavy luggages up and down the stairs knowing there was no elevator, but our room was on the second floor with ramps leading to our pathway so that was a plus. The dining area were adequately equipped with kitchenware and the separate sleeping space was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The kitchenette was a bonus. We walked to much of the downtown. Local bus service has stop right outside front door. $5 all day pass gets you anywhere.
