This is a beautiful spot!! I'm so glad that we chose this location. There was a seal on the dock that we could see from our balcony which made our first night in B.C. super memorable. The meal was decilious at the restaurant. And Whiffin Spit was a close drive that we could go for a nice nature walk after supper.

LOVE this place, beautiful and a high end island resort hotel. Dining room the same, exceptional food, ambience and service. Upon request, upgraded to water view, then again next day to an even nicer suite due to reno noise above us. Generously no charge (although at check out they’d added $300 which, when questioned, was deleted. Likely an error). Overall, brilliant hotel, highly recommended

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. I booked one room for one night so I could have a day to destress and get a good sleep. However I was woken up at 4:00am by several very loud noises. The noise almost sounded like an ice machine. So disappointed that I left more tired than when I had arrived.

Bathroom was not properly mopped (drips around the toilet). Bathroom fan either didn’t work or was poor. Vacuum missed some stuff on floor (fruit pit on carpet between beds). Water pressure was poor. Air conditioning was excellent.
