It's well overpriced. I stayed at three locations, and if you do enough searching, you can get a better place for half the price. I stayed in a much better hotel for almost the same price.

Clean room, great staff, nice breakfast, excellent location for us. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. The EV Charger was huge bonus for us. We had a couple games of pool in the great room too.

Thev only criticism was the age of the building made it feel a little musty. They have done the best with what they have got. The service was great. The breakfast was simple, but good quality.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean and modern. They provided some useful good quality amenities on request - toiletries, water kettle, and ice bucket. I like the Robin Hood mural. The warm croissants were delish. I liked the comfy bed and fluffy pillows. The refrigerator was spacious. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Our room was in back and on the side street so it was very quiet. The great room is a wonderful amenity, and so are the electric bikes for guest use. The outdoor dining was prettier in the pictures than in reality. It needed wiping down daily to make it more inviting. The back parking lot could use some repaving and smoothening out. I would also put the large trash bins farther away from guest thoroughfare or enclosed them in a structure so they are less visible.

We stayed for 3 nights recently. My family was quite happy about the room and the breakfast! Room was very clean, and we really appreciated the updated bathrooms/showers. If I could spend all day in a shower, I would choose that one. The E-bikes are a really nice touch. My daughter and I had a nice ride out to View Royal and back in the early evening. Breakfast was great, especially the croissants! Maybe hide to pool que sticks during breakfast time. My daughter got gouged by a que stick during breakfast. I know the RHI&S has been there for quite some time. I really appreciated the discussion I had with the lead maintenance person during breakfast. (Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was helpful/friendly) The place does need an exterior facelift, but not too much. You want to maintain the history of the place. Thank you! We look forward to staying with you in the future.
