My room smelled bad. Could not open the window to air out the smell. The bed was comfy. Sheets/towel were clean. But the hotel room is old so just seemed dirty.

I rated the cleanliness to 3 but could be 4 or 5 but when I moved the desk between the two bed to plug my phone charger I saw a food thats been sitting there for quite sometime. If I did not see it, I would have given it either a 4 or 5.

We found hair on our bed which indicated sheets were not changed or clean soap was half full so also used even though they are testers and should be changed every stay towels smelled like they hadn't been cleaned as they smelled like cologne and were damp area around hotel full of homeless that were harassing us as we were walking near property

Staff was great. Visible stains on the couch pull out bed were yucky. Gym television did not work and there was no water in the cooler. Pool area getting tired and change rooms needed a deep clean.

I was disappointed my family suite had no tub. We booked 5 adults and got limited towels. The iron was burnt and dirty as was the ironing board. The a/c unit has visible mold on it.
