The room was comfortable and clean except the floor...it looked clean but the bottom of my feet were black after walking barefoot. Overall, it was great and I would come back for another stay.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full apartment was in like new condition, clean and comfortable. Good location, and easy 20 mins into Victoria, 30 mins from the airport and just over an hour to Nanaimo. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Some of the pans were dirty. We so asked for more coffee pods but never received them. The conditioner and body wash despenser didn’t work properly. Other than those small issues, it was a pleasant experience. Loved the washer/dryer in the suite.

I had a pleasant stay at solo. Shops and restaurants were very close to the hotel. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Tub was a bit dirty but the whole suite had a lot of amenities. It was clean for the most partt.

The property is very nice and the units are well equipped. The combination of street noise and the directly adjacent elevator core made for a difficult nights sleep.

LOUD elevator and uncomfortable bed made for a tough night of sleep. Ask for a room away from elevator...and bring your own pillow.

Overall a nice stay. The room was spacious and clean. Very basic accommodation. Bed was not comfortable. Way too soft. Word of advice- check where your room is before settling in. If it is anywhere near the elevator, as for another room. I cannot believe the noise the elevator makes...and it goes ALL NIGHT. Had an early morning meeting that I had to cancel because we got so little sleep. Too bad. The place is nice enough...but if you cant sleep in your room, is it really 5*?
