We were greeted warmly on arrival given a really good description of the facilities and great advice about seeing the sites. The rooms were spacious and we were fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the park. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It has an old world charm and has direct access to the shopping complex below.

We had the presidential suite for 6 nights, what an amazing room. Everything was very clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. The pool on the patio was huge with amazing jets and was very warm, even in March when the weather was 14 degrees outside. Breakfast was well catered with a choice of eggs you could order separately, and all food was refilled within moments. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It was convenient in the middle of town but quiet too, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to come back gain, a real gem.

The smell of chlorine (that is everything except eco-friendly!) in the room was very strong. For your information, inhaling chlorine is extremely bad for the health, and I had to leave the door window opened many hours to try to get acceptable air quality. The hotel is also not well insulated against noise. The chatting and the high heels in the hallways are clearly heard from the room. It would be easy enough to put carpet in the hallways to absorb part of that noise.

Unqualified recommendation

Amazing stay, and good value in the centre of Victoria. Steps to the old town, citadel, bus transport, restaurants and cafes. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Soft goods top quality. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us warmly. Front desk very helpful with tourist advice. Breakfast was fabulous with great selection, eggs cooked to order and specialty coffee if you wanted. Public park next door is lovely for a take out lunch. On lower level of the mall (same building) is a small well stocked supermarket for quick bite and snacks. Perfect choice for our short stay in Gozo.

Excellent hotel that is well located within easy walking distance to the Citadella, the old town, the bus terminal etc. Located above a modern shopping plaza that includes a nice cafe and a well stocked supermarket. Staff were warm and welcoming, our room was comfortable and spacious with its own private hot tub on a private balcony with views over the town. I am gluten intolerant and the staff were assiduous in providing GF cereal and even little GF pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Perfect location being at the center of Gozo Island and the Cittadel is about 10-minute walk away. I could see it from the roof top of yhe hotel. A lot of public buses make a stop within a few minutes of walk from the hotel, if not right at the front door. You literally can go to the majority of attractions by bus in about 10 minutes. The hotel is situated on a major road and above the Duke Shopping Mall where there is a LARGE supermarket in the basement, a restaurant and a lot of retail stores. There are a number of restaurants and cafes along the major road where the hotel is located on. The hotel room (and other shared areas) was very clean and spacious. The hotel room I stayed at was quiet because of not facing the major street Bath robes and sleepers (of course, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap) were provided. All staffs (receptionists, caretakers and restaurant servers) were super polite and helpful. The receptionist by the name, Sharlon, who greeted us upon checking-in was super professional, knowledgeable and enthuiastic in introducing /recommending the major attractions based on our interests and how to get to them by bus. I very much appreciate his professionalism and rate him the best reception staff I have met to date. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel in Gozo. You won't be disappointed.

First class boutique hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Gozo's capital. Rooms are well-appointed, quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Generous and varied buffet breakfast which can be enjoyed on a terrace with a magnificent view of the Citadel.
