This 1 bedroom suite has its own separate entrance with stairs leading up to the suite. You can expect all the comforts and privacy of home and is suitable for both short or long term stays. 10 minutes from Royal Roads University, and on a bus route makes all of Victoria easily within reach.

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to Olympic View Golf course. We were attending a wedding at this venue. It is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the condo. Everything about the condo is lovely and clean. We’d definitely come again!

Our VRBO was new, very clean and quiet, in a neighborhood so new that GPS didn't know the streets yet. It's a quiet area with a grocery store fairly close and a golf course just up the road. Hosts were welcoming and friendly!

A very nice, quiet, roomy, clean space
My husband and I stayed at The Medalist during a recent 4-day trip to Victoria. Everything was just as it appeared in the pics: the apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have wished for. The only drawback was the distance between the apartment and downtown Victoria. We wanted to be able to get away from the noise (and parking hassle) of the city, as well as save a bit on hotel prices. All of this we accomplished, but there were two days when traffic made getting back to the apartment too time-consuming. With good traffic it's about 30 minutes from The Medalist to dt Victoria; on days in the afternoon the drive is an hour or more. This is not a bad reflection on the owners of the property at all - we were delighted with our stay and were glad to have had the experience we did. But do take the distance into consideration if you're wanting something with a quick-in/quick-out drive.

Perfect Palace
Sandra and Mark are some of the most sweetest people you will meet. The property is in pristine condition, full stocked and supplied, very accommodating, scenic views and walking paths just steps away. I cant say enough about the owners and the property. Quiet, Quiet and as a traveling nurse you need your sleep and i have not had any interruptions. I am most wanted to keepnthem to myself but i had to share the goodness.😊

The poperty is very spacious, clean, and well equipt. We were attending a wedding that was at the near by golf course. The area is very modern, and quiet. The location is a short drive from many attractions. I was very happy with this booking.

Great Location and an excellent holiday stay!
We really enjoyed this special little place. The owners went out of their way to make the place feel festive for the Christmas holiday. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and most everything in and around Victoria is an easy drive in any direction. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful unit in a beautiful house. Great area. We met the owner Sandra and she was very nice and welcoming. We felt bad cause our 3 under 4 girls were crying and fighting at times. Must have a car to stay here. Nice retreat from the busy Victoria.
