This hotel was great. Rooms recently renovated, check in was great with Raphael. He also had a container of treats for our Golden Doodle which made her feel welcome. Entire staff very friendly and helpful. For eg. we needed assistance with our TV at night and very quickly the service person arrived and fixed the problem.

We booked a pet friendly room with a balcony so the fur child could go in and out. The hotel accommodated this request, happily! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this room, the bedding was plush, beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Came with a mini fridge and coffee/tea maker. Lots of towels and shower was spectacular. Games room had lots of toys to entertain and flat screen tv’s. Restaurant was closed for the holidays. I would recommend this hotel to any pet parent looking for a clean, safe, place to stay that is a cut above the norm.

Older hotel and building, however the rooms were clean, the mattresses newer and comfortable, great restaurant in Floyd’s in the lobby, attempts to improve an old facility to look upgraded are noted and do add to the marketable value of staying there a few nights. Staff was friendly abd helpful.
