Great Way to Enjoy the City
The condo suite is as advertised. Very modern design. James, the host, was right on top of things and communication was outstanding. The location is actually great, within walking distance of the harbor and downtown. The immediate neighborhood is in transition, as it is going through improvement with new construction and upgrading of the properties in the vicinity. There is a bit an in-between area between the condo and the harbor where the improvement efforts are still to be seen. We encountered no problems, but just be alert when going through there late. The garage parking space was a real plus, making this property very desirable.

Piece of Heaven in Victoria
We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely, compact owner-occupied condo. It is structurally sound with no noise from the other units around us, modern and in a central location to downtown Victoria and surrounding areas with secure parking. The host was accessible and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.
