The place is immaculate! Looks recently updated...new furniture, carpet, kitchen appliances. If you can afford, get bayfront room, or looking toward Parliament building. We upgraded to a partail view...the James St bridge is cool! Neon blue at night. Unfortunately, this room also afforded us a view of a park where homeless tent condo is set up. Noisy in the evening 9 to midnight.

The room was so spacious with a patio ready to sit out on and enjoy the ocean view, seaplanes taking off, kayakers, including a beautiful sunset. Plus excellent service. Thank you !
