I absolutely LOVED staying at Waddington Flats! It was so clean and felt very secure and I had everything I needed, including a flower vase. The bed and bedding was perfect, the amount of towels provided was great (I hate having to request more) and it was such a comfortable, esthetically pleasing flat that was close to EVERYTHING. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town.

Great property in the heart of old Victoria. Easy walkable access to shops, restaurants, the inner harbour. Suites are well kept and management is quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend!

The location was ideal; the unit was well-stocked and just right for 2 people. However, we were given an incorrect gate access code. The bedroom needs blackout curtains; some areas (balcony, bathroom exhaust fan) need to be cleaned better; the bathroom light, though nice and bright for washing and shaving, needs a dimmer for relaxed and soothing bathing; the sofa is AWFUL and needs replacing.

Nice suite with everything we needed, great location. Kind of a noisy area, but it was our choice to have the fresh air come in at night as opposed to using the air conditioner. Very convenient location.

The room was fine, the kitchen very useable and the bed and bathroom comfortable. The only comment I would make is in regards to the key pad at the main gate. Took 3 times to get it and required a call to the landlord who had to try twice to make it happen. Once it however all was well. Very centrally located near great shopping and night life.

The property was over decorated such that you had limited space around. I’m banged my shins at least 10 times the first day. The directions on how to get there are poor. You’re walking from the parking garage. I will walk right past the door. It is just the alley from the Salvation Army, which makes a little sketchy. The door code did not work and I had a call to get a new code. Wi-Fi was not working so I was lucky that I could use the same password on another unit. Very warm air air condition that did not room off , it was a very charming room

This place is good for the price. It's not high-end -- for example, the furniture is cheap, the suite we rented had a bit of wear and tear, and the free-standing air conditioner was LOUD. But the location could not be better, and the apartment was pleasant. The owners paid a lot of attention to design details (ie. - retro fridge and microwave). Don't rent here seeking luxury, but other than that, no complaints.

Do not book this place, it is a scam! We booked this trip excited to be staying in Victoria, BC. After a 12 hour day of traveling we were excited to be able to rest up for the night. We arrived at the property with our code and instructions, but we were unable to gain access. We called the number for the property management, texted the number and emailed the number with no response. There were even tenants trying to help us. After 45 minutes we booked another hotel. It has been 6 days and we still have not heard back from the property management and hotels.com is also unable to get in contact with them to get a refund.
