Additional sleeping for a single bed is possible on the mezzanine. 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, 3 WCs with hand basins. The exterior will seduce you with a large garden with trees not overlooked and its 12-meter swimming pool, all lit at night guaranteeing you a dream vacation. A large barbecue on the terrace will allow you to make some nice grills, the large outdoor table can accommodate 10 people, the garden furniture and its large shade sail invite you to enjoy an aperitif, 2 indoor parking spaces with electric gate and 3 outdoor seats make your life easier. A beginner surfboard and a body board are available.
