Good hotel. City centre is a 10 minutes tram from there. Station was 4 mins walk. Nothing much around the area but 10 minutes tram and you will reach to the happening area. Air condition was not working in our room but they gave us an update to suite. We asked for a favor to extend check out time which got rejected and said they were full.

Our stay was perfect! The location was ideal for us traveling from Salzburg. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were wonderful. We were able to walk to all the various beautiful Christmas markets and attractions. Vienna is beautiful and our stay was perfect !

My staying was great. Walking distance from center. One minute walk to tram station. Singh was very helpful. He took the time to check the temperature in my room because It was too cold for me and he really helped me. Breakfast was good with variety food. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Location is good , breakfast okay , room which i upgraded and paid extra charge is okay i was expecting more quality and heating is hit and miss its by air con which doesnt heat very well , bathroom is good with nice bath however i requested ground floor or second floor room and was placed on 8th floor and not willing to change even though i requested this 2 months ago overall the best thing about the hotel is location its not too far to walk into centre
