Excellent stay
One of my favourite hotels. Extremely clean and modern, quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent. The staff is friendly and most helpful. A few steps from the metro Kagran, the location is perfect.

Super convenient accommodation for staying in Vienna. The area is quiet but with a large mall across the street as well as a grocery store right there. The train/bus station is even closer than that. I had a very easy time taking the train into various parts of the city (museums, etc) every day and if I needed a snack at the end of the day, the nearby places worked well. The room itself was very nice, clean, and conveniently set up. I particularly appreciated the sitting nook and the spaciousness of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with an abundance of pillows. One of the days, housekeeping did not come despite my request. That was not so great, especially because the previous day’s housekeeping didn’t notice that some soy sauce leaked in the trash bin and started smelling pretty bad. But the front desk staff was so nice about it, I cannot bring myself to dock a full star for that.

An excellent hotel in every respect: sensible rooms; great buffet breakfast and genuinely willing and helpful staff. Adjacent transport links couldn't be easier and five minutes walk from the river and swimming area. A great stay!

Hotel felt very modern, one bad thing no hand soap or body wash in bathroom when we arrived and still none after room cleaned first day. Had to ask for it and replaced it myself. Staff gladly gave it to me right away, just felt I shouldn’t have had to ask for them.

Modern, clean, quiet, mega-convenient location for single short train ride into downtown, mall across the street with all the brands, decent breakfast and convenient lunch options, service is typical Vienna, not especially friendly or warm, but professional. Strongly recommend !
