Overall it was fine and I will probably stay there again some day.
The weakness is communication. I sent a couple emails days before check-in and did not get replies until after check in.
There are 36 steps required to get from the main level to the entrance which would be a major pain for some people trying to haul luggage up the stairs. There is an elevator available, but it is around the corner and there is no sign that it is available or how to use it.
I expected this, but did not find till after I got there that they only do housekeeping once per week.
I was not sure till I arrived, but they DO provide soap, shampoo, and towels. The room was good with a stocked kitchenette, a large table, and a large shelf for suitcases. The bed was comfortable.
The floor was very cold in the late Spring, hopefully it is heated in the winter. The only heat I found was a wall mounted radiant heater.
