Great location if you want to be near the Wien Mitte train station (where you catch the airport train). Hotel itself was a bit dated but everything is mostly fine. Suite was very spacious and well equipped if you're in for a longer stay (we had a 20-hour layover in Vienna). Also very quiet location so you can easily get some rest. Photos suggested a suite with hardwood flooring but ours was fully carpeted, including the kitchenette which suffered from stains. Suggest leaving your shoes on in this suite or at least socks.

If I ever get to go back to Vienna, I will be staying at Hilight Suites. Our room was clean, organized, and just perfect. The staff was phenomenal and so helpful!

This property was perfectly located and we could walk or use close public transport to see everything we wanted to. As a family it’s great to have a washer/dryer and a bath. The kids loved having their own ‘floor’.

on arrival we have been allocated a room that wasn't up to standard -to say the least so we wanted to leave.Than the very efficient and lovely girls moved us to another room that was great for us and we stayed.Loved the way they have thought of many thing a traveller might need in the bathroom and the whole place had plenty of room,light and space for our stuff.We will be back again and that time to sample the great breakfast too as this time we had no time for it.All the staff are exceptionally nice and pleasant -fully recommend it.

Will never stay here or neither recommend anyone
Uncomfortable bed, dirty carpet, poor service and the list just goes on. I booked the family suite with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Instead of a queen bed, they joined 2 twin beds and made it a queen, just ridiculous. And for the other 2 twin beds, they gave 2 sofa beds instead of twins. That sofa bed was one of the most uncomfortable bed one can sleep on. I never signed up for sleepless nights while booking the rooms. Next, shower gel ran out and even after the room service was complete, we saw they never got refilled. What kind of room service is that? Overall, it was a very bad experience for me and my family. Will never stay in this hotel.

Lovely hotel near the park in a quite, beautiful neighborhood. Minutes away from many key sights and activities via metro. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved our room. Would definitely stay there again with our family.

Loved that this property was so close to the Stadtpark metro station and the park itself. A quick metro ride to everything including the Cat airport train. Breakfast was also tasty.
