The only service was clean towels. The staff was rude. No beds made, no drinking cups, no refill of tissues or soap. It was dark and dirty. The bedside lamp had no outlet to plug it in. Bed mattress pad was stained. The hair dryer was hung on the wall by the toilet not by the mirror. Window covering were filthy and disgusting. Pass this hotel up!

Das war das schlimmste Hotel, was ich je erlebt habe...nach 3 ! Zimmertausch war das Niveau immernoch unter "Jugendherberge" - überall Schimmel, Schmutz, schlechte Badlüftung - verbrauchte Sanitäreinrichtung...unterirdisches Frühstücksangebot - die ganze Woche gleiche billige Wurst und Käse - keine Salz&Pfefferstreuer...( kleine Glasbehälter, wo jeder mit den Fingern was rausnehmen musste ) - vollkommen unhygienisch !!! Billige lidl-brötchen ....kein Saft - stattdessen billige süße Limonade.... Man konnte in der Nacht kein Fenster öffnen wegen Straßenlärm... Schlechter Fernsehempfang....Tiefgarage pro Nacht 15€ - es tropfte überall aus den Rohren an der Decke.... Eine einzige Katastrophe..... Das einzig Gute hier - ein super Nahverkehr ab Hotel in die ganze Stadt Wien..... Hierher in das Hotel jedenfalls nie nie wieder....

Sale, inconfortable, trop de changement de personnel, aucune empathie, pas du tout reposant . J'ai appelé le service client de Hotels,com mais il n'ont pu rien faire. On m'a changé la chambre mais pas beaucoup mieux. Ventilateur bryant, poussiereux, sale le sol. Sur la porte indiqué que le petit déj est jusqu'à 11 heures mais ce n'est pas vrai. Quand j'ai fait remarquer ceci avec les photos à la main on m'a montré l'affiche sur un papier à la réception, sale lui aussi. Sur l'affiche du petit déj dans l'ascenseur, aussi sale, pas d'horaire non plus. Petit déj basique e pas bien servie.

Kaldığım odanın sigara içilmez olmasını talep ettiğim halde tüm odada sigara kokusu hakimdi. Banyoda, girişte, odanın içinde bir çok aydınlatma çalışmıyordu. Gardrop kapağı kapanmıyor ve sürekli engel olarak odada karşınıza çıkıyor. Banyo havalandırması çalışmıyor ve oda kapısına asacağınız "please do not disturb" kartı dahi yok. Otelin genel olarak bir tadilata ihtiyacı olduğu kaçınılmaz bir gerçek.
