A true 5 star hotel in every way but price. A spectacular hotel. Not enough ways to say how perfect this hotel was in every detail. The staff were exceptional. All of them from the moment we walked in the door I hope the management know how good they have done

Excellent little gem!
The hotel room was gorgeous and very comfortable. It was that great we wanted to maximise the use of the hotel with exploring Vienna as well. The hotel restaurant was fantastic food and beautiful. Great location for some great restaurants and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to all and would stay again.

Great hotel
This is a beautiful property. It’s a little quirky, with a great flair. We loved our room, with the luxurious but cozy feel. We thought the rooms were a great size for 2. Location is great, right next to the U3 metro that takes you downtown. It’s also a short 15 min walk to the Naschmarkt or only 20 min to go to the heart of the Altstadt. Though completely understandable and within their right, we were disappointed that the hotel wouldn’t refund our fourth night after the Taylor Swift concert was cancelled and our plans changed to leave Vienna early. Again, we understand why, but it was about disheartening to see a lot of other hotels (Hilton and Marriot) refund their guests. For a hotel of this price class and service I would have at least expected a room credit or restaurant credit, instead we just got a shrug.
