Located in tourist central, so there was noise from the street till the wee hours. Near the U bahn so that was convenient. Daniel at the front desk was truly helpful and pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel annually for about the past 8 years. No more. It is so noisy it’s impossible to rest. Teens gather outside smoking and talking. One of the front desk clerks a woman was considerably rude. Seems like the old staff has gone. Too bad.

Great location. Staff was helpful. Room was good and bathroom attached was lovely. Italian Restaurant attached on ground floor was quite adequate. If you are too tired to look elsewhere, as I was that evening, it’s a quite decent place to land. This hotel is all about great location…. Close to train, Opera House, shopping, etc.

Perfect location!
You really cannot find a more perfect location for a hotel! Beyond close to the train, right in the middle of the main square, and so close to many of the main sights! The staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms are a generous size. If you are someone that likes to walk and explore, this is the hotel for you. I would absolutely stay here again!
