A very warm welcome on arrival from both the environment and staff. The hotel was very clean and the rooms , beautiful. We loved the variety different of breakfast foods and would recommend the place highly.

Indigo is a very nice and clean hotel. Close to the metro and plenty of good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Has a modern and cozy ambience. We had a great time and has great breakfast selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Indigo Hotel.

It’s just diagonally across the subway U4 line which is very convenient. Hotel is quite new and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is good. There’s even a Green Clean laundromat within 10mins walk. Hotel is quiet and bed is comfy. There is bakery next door, Macdonald’s standalone opposite and a chocolate specialty shop 2 doors away. However room temperature is abit warm and seemed to be fixed. No proper taxi stand or car drop off area infront of hotel and it’s at a bend which is quite dangerous to stop Uber there.

Nice hotel for our city-break. Not completely in the centre but within 3 to 5 subway stops of anywhere you'd like to visit. Very close to Pilgrimgasse station. Decent breakfast. Our room had a balcony. Staff efficient and friendly. Would recommend.

Great hotel, in a quieter location
The location of this hotel is perfect if you don't want to be in the the center of Vienna, but still want quick accessibility through the metro (which is easy to navigate to the city center (for tourist activities). This hotel is wonderful. It is modern, well furnished and the air conditioning was perfect (during a very hot week). Service is very efficient, and I appreciated how they answered my questions. The bar in the lobby is quite nice, and serves food.
