The location is quite convenient, but the hotel (at least the room I was in) needs some renovation, the temperature inside the room was extremely high with no way to lower it. I have opened the window but since the windows were facing the street, it was very noisy nearly the whole night...

Good quiet location, close to centre

We paid a bit extra for an 'executive' room (just means bigger). All OK, but oddly few places to put things down, except a narrow desk and two of those folding suitcase cradles. Door hinged the wrong way, since it opened against the wardrobe doors. I was itching to redesign the layout... Bathroom lighting dazzlingly bright - not always welcome in the night! Why not have dimmers? Fabulous breakfast buffet, of the usual hotel kind. Staff were great, friendly, though the shift change for the following week brought in different types. The barman was utterly old-Europe charm - and it's rather humiliating that they all speak such good English whereas we have practically kein Deutsch! But overall a lovely hotel,
