Very close to Prater!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms could have more amenities such as TVs or kettles etc.
Location: Prater amusement park is very nearby and has lots of fun rides.
The staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the lights from Prater in the evening!

Super Garten! Grosses Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war zur Strassenseite und am frühen Morgen ziemlich lärmig.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr gewillt, uns Informationen zu beschaffen oder weiter zu helfen. Die Lage direkt beim Prater ist super! Zum Praterstern (Knotenpunkt UBahn, SBahn, Busse, Hopon-Hopoff-Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und FastFood Stände) gelangt man in ca. 10min - ideal! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Präsentation der Speisen ist jetzt nicht wahnsinnig liebevoll... und das Geschirr/Besteck war teilweise nicht einwandfrei sauber. Einziger wirklicher Nachteil für uns: Es gab keine Klimaanlage und der Ventilator konnte nicht genug verstellt werden, so dass wir beide und unsere kleine im Babybettchen genug Abkühlung erhielten (aber wir waren bei extremen 36°C dort, was ja nicht üblich ist!

Überzeugendes Konzept

Kürzestaufenthalt von 2 Nächten hätte ruhig länger dauern dürfen. Tolle Sache, zu sehen wie ehemalige Flüchtlinge mit Herzblut arbeiten, so durchgehend nettes Personal ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Super Lage

Pros: Die Lage...
Cons: Alles gut...
Location: Beim Prater (Vergnügungspark). Von der Haltestelle Praterstern erreicht man mit der U-Bahn den Stephansplatz (Zentrum) innert 3 Minuten.
Wir waren auf einen Silvester-Besuch in Wien. Feuerwerk am Prater beim berühmten Riesenrad. Einfach klasse. Das Hotel liegt 2-3 Gehminuten vom Prater - Park entfernt. Also absolut tolle Lage. Bis zur Haltestelle Praterstern sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss, also machbar mit jedem Gepäckstück. Der Service des Hotels sehr gut und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten, bei einem Städtetrip ist man jedoch mehr in der Stadt als auf dem Hotelzimmer. Daher reicht dies vollkommen aus.

Gleich beim Pratter um die Ecke, modern und unkomp

Nett, sauber, inspirierend, gemütliche Lounge, kinderfreundlich. Manche Arbeiter vergassen zu Lächeln, aber das wäre der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ausserordentlich gut fand ich, dass wir die Koffer nach Check out bis abends stehen lassen durften-gratis. Danke nochmals für alles!
