Great hotel, very convenient to Vienna airport
There was an extremely long line to check in. And there was only one person working. It was unclear that you could check in at the bar. But some people were going to the bar. The breakfast was OK I’m not sure if it was worth €20 though.

We really disliked this hotel. The staff was grumpy, the food was awful, and the pillows were the most uncomfortable we've ever had. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the airport. I would never stay here again.

We always came back to this hotel when we had morning flights. Very convenient and close to the terminal. Easy train access to downtown Vienna.

I stayed at the Moxy at Vienna airport on 2 separate nights in the last 2 weeks and each time woke up with a back ache. The beds are squeaking and the mattress is WORN OUT with a big depression in the middle. If quality sleeps is what you expect of a hotel - stay next door at the NH. FYI there is no safe in the room.

Nice hotel, one of very limited options if you want to be within walking distance of the airport. Check-in is a bit slow, but otherwise comfy and convenient.

It took 20 minutes to check in!!! I was given free cocktails vouchers - as was everyone else - but when I needed to be up and leaving the hotel six hours later, this was pointless. I have never seen such an inefficient reception, and will avoid this hotel in future.

I was just staying here because it was conveniently located for a crack-of-dawn flight the next morning. The checkin line was 25 minutes long and stretched twice around the (reasonably-large) lobby. The in-room Wifi for some reason couldn't connect to Austrian Airlines, which made online checkin for my flight trickier. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, filling with water and with what looked like backwash. There's no phone in the room, as they say that they would rather connect with you human-to-human. So if there are any problems or even if you just want something from housekeeping I guess you have go back to the 25 minute line in the lobby?

The location was the best - our terminal was a quick 2 min walk across the street and it is a good option if you are staying just one night. Downsides: staff seemed overwhelmed at check in and it was rushed, the dinning option very limited for dinner - cold sandwiches and very limited buffet (cafeteria style) which was confusing because you paid by plate, food also average and very airport like, bar staff also overwhelmed - you get free drink coupon upon check in which is great but once we redeemed them, it was impossible to get staff's attention for an additional order ( which we paid for), room wasn't too clean - glass surfaces were dusty and there was a dead bug on carpet and long black hair (not ours) on the bed linens. The decor and vibe in the lobby was great, hotel concept as well and the venue has a big potential if staffed properly and upgraded the dinning options.

Decent stay at the airport. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel. Rooms are little too small for the price. B'fast is excellent and there is a 24 hr bar for drinks and snacks.

Overall the hotel is perfectly fine for one night at the airport. However, for me the mattress was way too soft and the pillow way too hard. Therefore, I slept terrible and will most likely not stay there again. Please note, this is purely on personal preferences. Staff, cleanliness and location are perfectly fine
