Dear guests, thank you for taking your time for a review. Yes we are in the heart of good old Vienna and you can reach all the important sights, coffeeshops and restaurants in walking distance! We are a small pension in a historical building, which oblige us to obey the protection of ancient monuments. Originally it was the home of a Viennese nobility family with many different rooms. Now as a small hotel we are trying to conserve the antique style and familiar atmosphere in 32 different rooms. Concerning the clairaudience we usually don’t get complaints about this, but of course we have to note that it is - like at your home - always dependent on the consideration of your neighbors. Anyway we are taking your critic serious and are constantly trying to improve.

Sehr geehrte Damen, wir nehmen jede Anregung sehr ernst und versuchen, Ihren Wünschen zu entsprechen. Zu Ihren Anmerkungen müssen wir festhalten, dass Sie ein Zweibettzimmer mit Zusatzbett gebucht haben. Wir haben Ihnen ein Early-Check-In gegeben und irrtümlicherweise war das 3. Bett zu diesem frühen Zeitpunkt leider noch nicht vorbereitet - dafür haben wir uns entschuldigt. Möglicherweise haben Sie sich bei der Buchung geirrt und wollten eigentlich eine Suite - diese hat eine Verbindungstür - bei den Doppelzimmern gibt es diese nicht. Unsere Pension ist ein traditionsreiches, schön gepflegtes Jugendstil-Haus, 1908 gegründet, mit hohen Zimmern und reichlich Stuck. Ursprünglich war es das Zu-Hause einer adeligen Wiener Familie und jeder einzelne Raum ist erfüllt von diesem Esprit. So auch der Frühstücksraum, der ganz bewusst klein und gemütlich gehalten ist, um eine angenehme und heimelige Atmosphäre zu vermitteln, in der man anregende Gespräche mit unseren internationalen Gästen führen kann.
