Truly a great stay, 100% recommend
I stayed here with my mum and from when we first entered to the last second we left the service was 10/10. Check in was smooth and easy with simple self check in machines, rooms were clean and spacious. The girls on reception were amazing, always happy to help and gave us some great recommendations. The complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water was icing on the cake. Location was perfect for us, a few minute walk from the train station, and a few seconds walk from the tram stop to the city. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Great stay and beautiful facilities. Lari, Nadyne and Jonatha were great hosts and part of their excellent staff! The Brazilian flavour of the hotel was really well done. Great rooms with lots of space. Located conveniently right along the rail line taking us into central Vienna

A great hotel stay, staff (particularly Larissa) were excellent and the rooms were clean, well equipped and modern. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us as we stayed in November but I can see that it would be an issue in the summer

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

A fun surprise!

I couldn't believe the size of the room and the many amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cook top, king size bed, bluetooth speaker! Amazing! I had just booked for a single night so I could catch an early flight the following morning, but wish I could have had more time to enjoy the luxurious accommodations. While it is not in the heart of the city, it is within quick walking distance to Vienna's efficient public transportation. I'd definitely stay there again!

There was dirty socks that were left in our room! Gross! Also they have this thing where you can connect your phone to the tv and random people kept connecting to our tv interrupting our own program! It would often kick our own phones off too. Lots of little dirty things like a dirty spoon was left in and the wall had look like someone smudged their shoe on it. I get this place was cheap and having a kitchen was amasing but honestly I will never stay here again. I think it’s cause they’re trying to be “eco friendly” but you still gotta clean your rooms even if it’s every 3 days. When someone leaves just clean the rooms

Room was very spacious for a single room. Lots of surprising amenities like a teakettle and microwave oven. My room even had a door/window that opened out onto a little rooftop deck. Didn’t sit out there because it was raining, but it was a real surprise feature. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German, and Marilisa was particularly helpful answering several questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.
