I was so disappointed at this experience. It was new to me the no contact check in and it’s basically everting contactless. We had questions and request and had to wait for the next day to receive answers. However the place itself is at an amazing location. Great access to trains and buses.

Not very kind staff…I called the day before to ask if they offered luggage storage and they said yes, when I showed up lady in front desk said they didn’t.. I told her I had called before so she made me fill a form however I had to leave suitcase outside at lobby…I decided just to wait. She told me to come back at 2 but no one was at front desk so had to wait until someone showed up to finally get the room. Clean and close to train station.

Great setup. Love the easy contactless check in system. We arrived at 3am so it was great to be able to seamlessly pick up our room key. Room was very clean. It's basically a mini apartment. Cutlery etc. is provided. Nice and quiet. Only slight gripe is that it was evident homeless or chancers were sleeping in the lobby. Plus the automatic main entrance door was broken. Once you're in your room though it's perfect. Great location. 2 minute walk to the main station.

The room is very basic and clean. Check in was smooth and easy despite being all self service. However on the last day i noticed bugs in the bathroom and I question the safety of the all self-service entrance to the hotel. When i was coming back late at night, some people were hanging out outside the main door. Once i opened the door they snuck in behind me. They stayed in in the lobby area but technically nothing or noone would stop them from following me into my room… so i’d give zero stars for safety unfortunately.

A decent stay and Smartment met my needs for my 8 days business trip in Vienna. It is convenient as it is near to the main train station. Checking in and out of Smartment was easy and fuss free as instructions were clear.

The self-check in process is easy and they send the instructions well ahead of time. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is spacious and the shower had good temperature control and pressure. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge. Crockery and utensils are provided.

Good value and good size. Good location near Wien train station. Only one negative, but it's a big one. No air conditioning. The temperature was 35° so we had to buy an extra electric fan. They need to trade in the dishwasher and install AC. Who needs a dishwasher on vacation?
