The check-in staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only thing was that the room was hot, and we could not get the a/c to work. The breakfast was good, like a continental breakfast. Rooms and towels were clean.

Very nice and modern hotel in the downtown of the beautiful Vienna. Very convenient for gay guests as most clubs and sauna are nearby. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Just some power outlets would be nice to have next to the bed, and the toilet pan could be not so close to the wall. But rest than that was excellent.

Really good Only moan was breakfast at €13 each for basically Cold boiled eggs A hot dog (Luke warm) And €20 euro for a 2 hour late check out when we were told our room isn’t booked out and if customer service had any idea they would have let us stay and we would be loyal customers

when we arrived to the hotel, there was nobody at the reception. after five-ten minutes waiting we could check-in and went to our room. Sheets didn't seem perfectly clean but werent dirty as well. however, the real problem is that the stuff is mean. they behave like they are working for free and they grudgingly take action if you state anything insufficient or absence.

Nice coffee machine in the lobby. The room was clean and had a mini-fridge and even had beer glasses. The metro is only a five minute walk. There were plenty of restaurants and grocers nearby.

The room was the size of a large dirty closet, with two worn out twin beds and bugs on the floor. We left and were not able to get our money back. Not one dime but it was still worth it to leave. Just gross.
