The resort was beautiful and while the main areas were updated, I would like to see some updates to the room and bathroom. Also note if you booked a double bed with a 2 person occupancy, it comes based on availability. They did offer to bring a rollaway/ additional bed due to the double queen rooms not being available. Making a dinner reservation was a little annoying at times due to no one being available, but nonetheless the food options that were available I did enjoy The resort had plenty of activities and a daily itinerary with fun things to do. Most transactions within (gift store/excursions) the hotel will be in USD so if not planning to travel into the community much you won’t need much Eastern Carribean Cash. Also, there is a travel tax $6 an adult person per night.

Property family oriented. Staff was was good. The rooms were not good. The bathroom was small. Shower was extra small dingy. Door had gaps where ants would enter the room. Air conditioner barely worked. The staff informed me the property we start renovations soon which is much needed. Not alot of food options. Hardly had and vegetables or seafood. They had more American foods then Caribbean food. They had Mexican Asian, Italian and other food themes but not St. Lucian food. I wanted to experience that and they fell short. Even if there's a theme night, you should also have food that is Caribbean and more fruits and vegetable options. They fell really short of that and we were disappointed. I hope upper management would do better and listen to stay feedback that they from guests and how the staff feels too. I dont know if we would consider staying their or visiting St. Lucia again.

Hotel was nice except my bathroom it was super difficult to flush the toilet. The Resturants were fabulous especially silk we had Jabari and he was an exceptional waiter. We tried to make reservations more than one night and got a bit of an attitude from the woman in reservation I guess you can only attend the restaurants one time even if you are staying 7 days. My most favorite part was Tyron at the beach bar. He was so nice he makes the best drinks if we come back it would be to see him definitely. The jerk chicken was also fabulous. You must go up to get towels they told mh teenage sons they couldn't get towels from the towel bar because I Already got them but I only got one for myself not everyone. Overall everything was nice

Coconut Bay Beach Resort was near airport, provides shuttle to and from. The staff some were helpful and others are just there to work and not be bothered. The cleaning staff not consistent with cleaning our room, had to complain more than once to get room cleaned and provide extra towels. Our stay was for 5 nights and it was way too long for this resort. I have two teenagers and not much for them to do. The Waterpark is a joke, great for toddlers or elementary kids but not for teens or adults. If you are looking for a nice swimmable beach, this is not the resort. The small beachfront is not clean or kept up with. The beachfront has a lot of seaweed, you are unable to swim due to the seaweed and the current of the water is very strong. The food is not great. Not many options for making dining reservations you have a choice of Carribean, Asian and Italian- look at dresscode ahead of time or you will not be allowed in. Food options are the same everyday in the buffet area. The best place to eat was the Jerk Treehouse, very authentic and nice gentleman who enjoy their job. For as much as I spent to stay here I wouldn't come back, we had to take several excursions to keep entertained. Not enough swimming pools, workout area only limited to adults, which we workout as a family- again nothing for teens or young adults. Pictures online are very deceiving.

The food on the property was EXCELLENT. Waiting staff and all other building employees were very nice and welcoming. The pools and the views out on the ocean were also lovely! Definitely recommend!

Resort was average. Ac did not work so we used a fan. They would run out of premium liquor and refill the bottle with different liquor and pretend its premium. Food huts run out of food everyday.

My wife and I really enjoyed Coconut Bay. Although the beach area wasn't exactly what we'd imagined, the resort staff, cleanliness, and convenient location all made up for any small shortcomings of the beach or property's age.

Our stay was amazing!!! The highlights would probably be the staff and the views. Everyone was very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. You can hear or see the ocean from almost anywhere on the grounds. It was so gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. The food was also very good. Nice selection and enough variety even at the same spots. Would recommend to anyone wanting an island resort experience.

This resort is amazing! It's like an island within an island. Very hugh and lots to eat and drink all day long. The beach is awesome. Lots of water ride and sports for all ages. Nightly entertainment and shows are a super nice way to end the night. Staff members are very kind and friendly. 5 stars all the way. Would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend to others.

This place was far past my expectations, sooooo clean, organized, bed linings and rooms were spotless. Food is awesome and throughly prepared. Activities everyday for children and adults, lounge DJ could’ve been better. But overall I would recommend Coconut Bay to anyone looking for the real Lucian experience
