Nice location in Vik. Front desk does have a wake up call list if northern lights are seen. Receptionist was very helpful when I asked about weather and aurora. Gym had limited hours (which didn’t work for our schedule) Gym hour should be published so guest can adjust accordingly to their needs. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold items along with tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. Unfortunately, there were a couple tour bus groups at the hotel during our stay that were very rude. No respect for personal space or waiting in line at the breakfast buffet. Obviously this is out of the hotels control, but can be very annoying.

No fridge, dont bring food or it will spoil, over priced drinks, didnt bother with the restaurant. One beer was 25 cad. No pool, no hot tub, no other amenities. Simply put its clean nice the staff are good but vik and the hotel you can probably pass by unless its summer season. Nothing local there really just being honest, the beack is nice but more then one day is probably too many.

Good, modern hotel, only thing that was negative was lack of hot water for my wife around 0630 for some reason. It was on when i took my shower an hour later, but inconvient, as we had to leave and my wife had to wait. Other than that, all was good. Nice location, mice bar. Breakfast was just ok.

There is a vast difference between the new building and old buildings. The old building where they have the standard rooms are nothing like the photos. Also, the walls are paper thin I can hear people talking normally in the next couple of rooms. There is also no AC, only a radiator.
