Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to come give your feedback. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We do take guest feedback very seriously as we are always looking for ways to improve upon guest experiences. I will certainly share your feedback with the relevant heads of department to ensure maintain the highest standards of service are maintained at all times. We do appreciate that some of our furniture is indeed in need of some change. Although we always endeavour some works during the lower seasons, you will be happy to know that this aspect has been identified and that we are evaluating the possibility of some more in.depth rennovations.
