THE HOUSE:
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. This is a ranch style home where every thing is on one floor. The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower with seat. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2023. The living room has an oversized sectional and a floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen and dining room have a coffee and wine bar.

There is a covered front porch with rocking chairs, a fully fence yard, with outdoor shower, fire-pit, gas grill, dining area, a sun deck and a grand gazebo with a fan, lighting, and lounge set.

Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.


LOCATION:
The house is situated just one block from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.

Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Perfection!
This was a wonderful vacation at Cape May, and this beautiful home was the focal point! It is impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. Everything has a label, which helps with convenience and organization. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. One family member is in a wheelchair and had no difficulty maneuvering in the home. The outside is gorgeous as well: gazebo, hot tub, hammock, grill, outdoor shower—everything one could desire for both recreation and relaxation. The photos do not capture the warmth and positive energy of this home—it feels like a welcoming hug. Our thanks to Heather and Andrew—they are extraordinary hosts and made sure we were comfortable. We loved our week here at this home of peaceful perfection, and hope to return in the future!

We had a great time visiting Cape May and staying in this large three-bedroom home. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The house is new and very clean. The owners were gracious and stocked the house with lovely furnishings and many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was very nice and clean! Supplied well with kitchen items, etc. The only disappointment was that we could not use the gas grill, as there was too much rust inside. It really needs attention. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Fantastic home in North Cape May
We love this house! Very clean,well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The short five minute walk to the beach was a bonus. The hosts provided a great guest book of local restaurants, activities etc. Very helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

My kids and I had such a pleasant stay here! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was well stocked and taken care of, the beds were comfortable, and it really felt like home away from home! The only thing that was a little confusing to us was getting to the bay. We did end up figuring out that we had to cross the street and walk down a small sandy pathway to get to the water. When we got there, it was absolutely beautiful! We will be sure to stay here again!

Beautiful property with special touches!
Fantastic long week end in Cape May with my sister, her husband and my 91 year old father! We just loved how he place was decorated! Plenty of space to have privacy. Meticulous attention to detail and helpful hints posted all over (ie. which light switches controlled what lights, coifed, sugar, creamer, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste and even suntan lotion and slow!). Totally worth the money. Neighborhood wasn’t exactly what we envisioned but the house more than made up for it.

Immaculate property, great location, responsive and considerate hosts!
My family and I stayed four nights at Heather and Andrew’s house and couldn’t have asked for a better location as home base for our family vacation! The house is immaculately clean, nicely furnished, both homey and chic, and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed being able to walk a block to the beach every day, and taking our 3-year old to the much calmer/quieter bayside beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short 15 min drive to the boardwalk. Also enjoyed being 5 minutes from the cape May brewing co. Heather and Andrew were very responsive to all our questions through the booking and stay. It was a great experience all around!

Wonderful House close to Cape May
Came down for a week for a family vacation. House is updated with great amenities. Little touches like leaving mini-toothpaste in the bathroom and coffee and creamer are a nice touch. The house is very roomy. We had our 3 teenage boys with us and had plenty of room. It's a short drive from the house to the center of Cape May, we were able to be at the beach in under 10 minutes. Nice little bay beach to catch the sunset is only a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit Cape May.

House was beautiful. Nothing much around it so everything was a longer drive than wanted. Neighborhood pool was not really a neighborhood pool-was a pay for the day community pool. Owners were very nice and accomodating. Just depends what you are looking for in a vacation spot.

Breathe taking retreat
Clean beautiful home it had everything u would need. A short walk to the beach just make sure u take sun block because it was hot. Had a small problem with VRBO but it wasn’t the problem of the owners. The owners are very kind and friendly. I will definitely be coming back not so much for the beach but just to relax and enjoy this beautiful home and the great back yard. We grilled and played games and watched movies and even took the ferry to rRehoboth Beach. THE BEST LOOKING HOUSE IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD…. 5stars

Heather and Andrew's home is an absolute gem for a beachy getaway! They were very responsive hosts when we had questions prior to our stay, and everything went very smoothly on our trip. The location near the private beach on the bay can't be beat! We would definitely love to come back again.
