Great hotel! Everyone was really nice. Check in went smooth. They had a manager that knew English and the bell boy was able to explain everything in English as well. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Very close to an awesome mall primavera Urbana. Highly recommend

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. First and foremost, the staff at Hotel Estelar Villavicencio deserves a special mention. From the warm and friendly greeting at the reception, I was made to feel like a valued guest. Kevin and Daniella, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious choices, catering to various dietary preferences. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that showcased the flavors of the region.
