- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds
- A bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private 12m×5.5m unheated swimming pool open from June to September.
- A beautiful 11,901 m² unfenced garden
- A 48 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. This is a covered porch with no partitioning for 5 or 6 cars.

- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1 hour 37 minutes by car.
