Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 2 weeks, please let us know if you plan to bring your own bath towels and bed sheets. For short-term stays less than 2 weeks, we supply bath towels and bed sheets.

Family for wedding
Great stay for daughter’s wedding that was in Norfolk. There is a fair amount of road noise from 22nd street at night, but the house makes up for it. It’s clean and comfortable. The check in process was SIMPLE, and the owner is a DREAM to work with. We had 3 of her properties and they were all perfect

Would Book Here Again
The title says pretty much all you need to know: we would book this property again. It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked. The toilet on the 3rd floor broke on Sunday (Labor Day weekend), sent an email, and before we returned to the unit, it had already been fixed after maintenance sought permission to enter. It was a very easy walk to the beach, pizza, bars, and two mini-golf courses. Communication before arriving was excellent. My only minor complaint, hence one less star for "Check-in Process", was that we arrived at night and parking is behind many units. But it was dark and we couldn't tell which unit was ours! In hindsight, the unit we needed to enter made sense relative to parking, but arriving in a new place at night, it wasn't close to clear to us! My father arrived a little before me and had the same exact comment before we even compared notes.

The reason property was rated a four and not a five: There were not enough towels, it was adequate, but there could have been more. The property appeared to be worn; with marks on the walls, front and back door needs to be freshened up. Kitchen utensils not adequate for stay. Perfect property for a multi family vacation with ability to walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and other fun activities. Only down side is noise from navy jets and muscle cars/ motorcycles at night.

Great comfortable modern property
We had never been to VA Beach before, we usually spend our beach time in Delaware. We were thrilled to be in a place so close to the beach and that was able to accommodate 7 adults cycling in and out during the week. The property fronts a pretty busy road (22nd St) so the rooms on that side can get some abrupt loud car and motorcycle noises but you get used to it. We loved the ability to spread out on the property and we could not hear any neighbors in the adjoining townhouse at all. Highly recommend.

Spring Beach Getaway
We traveled to VB for a family baptism with eight family members ranging in age from 2-1/2 to 70. The house was perfect! We were able to enjoy the close proximity to walk on the Boardwalk and play Mini golf in between family events. We had a wonderful dinner at the 21st street seafood restaurant, just a block away. A wonderful trip!

Race Day weekend
a group of 6 adults came in to town to run the shamrock half and full marathons. it was great and convenient location to see the full marathon runners as they came in to finish the race once the half marathon runners were finished. the road noise from 22nd street can be loud but the place was great for our group.

Spacious, modern condo with street noise
My husband, Scottish terrier, and I chose this condo because we were hosting Christmas dinner for 9 people ( 6 adults, 3 children). VRBO reviews were positive; people liked the modern, large kitchen and dining room that sat 8 people comfortably. That sold us. We stayed five nights and had mostly positive feelings: Pros: very clean; comfortable bedding, great shower and bathroom storage, roomy walk-in closet, modern kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, and adequate cookware ( I brought my own roasting pan). Everything was in working order. It was Five easy blocks to the boardwalk & restaurants. We couldn’t hear anything from the occupied condo next door. The owner did a very good job of explaining parking and entry instructions. She was up front and answered questions when she needed to change our condo location. It had the same amenities. Con: a big negative was location for sleeping. All the bedrooms face 22nd Street, a major thoroughfare that feeds into the 264 Expressway. We awakened every night, intermittently, to loud mufflers and cars charging out when the street lights changed. A white noise machine is needed.

Beautiful Home - Great Location
Our family of 6 adults had a great stay for the Air Show. We had more than enough space and had everything we needed. The front bedrooms facing 22nd can be noisy at night due to the traffic, but sound machines are provided which were welcomed. That would not deter us from staying here again. The house was clean and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers too. The parking pad comfortably fits a Suburban and a small car in tandum. The tenants next to us had a Tahoe and we had space to fit the Suburban and Tahoe next to one another too.

Very nice and easy but noisy at night
The property was great and very clean. Check-in was very easy. We had no problems at all. The only issue was the high volume and traffic noise in the front of the house where our bedroom was located. I should have realized that anything fronting on 264 would be noisy. Everything else was great!

Loved that the place! And we loved that it was close by everything we wanted to visit. There was a slight difference to the dining room table however, as it didn't really hold a coastal theme as depicted in the photo. Nor did the living room where it didn't have the coastal theme either as depicted in the photo. But overall it was very comfortable and relaxing to be in!

What you see isn’t what you get
The pictures of the rental on VRBO misrepresented the property. The pictures show a property with a light, bright beach vibe. When we arrived the property was a drab green, gray - nothing like the pictures. The furnishing were different as well. When I complained, the property manager told me the pictures were taken In 2014 and was “as advertised”. It wasn’t. The pictures and descriptions that are represented on VRBO are the sole data points for renters to make decisions on how and where to spend their money. We have to trust that what’s represented is accurate. Misrepresenting those data points should be prohibited (no different than if a renter misrepresents their data and is subject to losing their reservation). If the property changes, update your data. Not doing so indicates that you have something to hide. Inexcusable.
