It served the purpose , a place to sleep, but it was rather dated and somewhat dirty , garbage under beds , only 3 small pillows, cigarette butts on the patio, tunes yellowed

Very Gross
I was very disappointed with my recent stay. There was significant mold in the shower, on the dresser, and even on the curtains leading to the balcony. This not only made the space uncomfortable but also raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I expected better, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

First let me say the location was great and the price was like half of area hotels but you get what you pay for. When we got there there were no towels and we noticed refrigerator didn’t seem very cool but we did unload our cooler. Although the pictures in the advertisements look updated with flowers and lovely, they must have been very old. The carpet was dirty, the tub was old and stained. You could tell it had been updated at one point but in need of it again The outside door did not seem very secure but did lock permanently from outside. The landscaping on the boardwalk was overgrown and unkempt. The next day we did not have soap and I went to front desk and they were closed, not a good sign. The office staff were great though. When we got there it was cold in our room and would only blow cold air, the heat would not turn on. We were told that it was a heat pump and they hadn’t turned on heat yet. We were given an electric heater. Oh the bedding wasn’t the greatest, old thin blanket that was tattered and nappy and only 3 small flat pillows on a king size bed. Some of the towels seemed stained. The mattress cover was more of an old mattress pad. Amazingly I slept like a baby. Will I stay here again, probably not. This is an old hotel and only 3 floors so no elevator, they are pet friendly I believe. I hate to give bad reviews and feel like so many things could upgrade this stay. Checking in person was great, nice and welcoming! My room was not, it was dirty! The carpet flithy and not vacuumed, ice bucket still had water from last person who was in the room, bed too soft for my taste. Not very sound proof, next door had a huge family who were loud and annoying. Would not stay again, room was too dirty!

The staff was kind. No daily maid service. My room was right next to a loud restaurant next door. Room was neat but needs a goid deap scrub. Ocean view was great. Good price so dont expect a 5 start resort. I would stay again

We was there for 3 nights and 4 days. No housekeeping, we had to find a cart to get clean towels and didn't clean our rooms. Terrible service.

The bathroom wasn't clean. Someone had used it and left the toilet dirty and the packets of soap were open and used. I didn't even report it because I wasn't using the bathroom. It almost happens so much I am not surprised. It was a last minute late night arrival.

Great Deal
This is right on the beach, and very affordable. All the people who work there seem very friendly. It is a small operation. Property is a little bit dated, but a great deal. I did not see any bugs while I was there.

The room was very dirty . Duvet had stains , carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Exhaust fan was covered in dust . Outside patio had cigarett piled up and a pair of men’s underwear in the patio shrubs .

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for years, we love the location and the rooms are all ocean front. It is a shame it has been sold. The new owners have let the property go. The room was not clean, it is run down, the furniture is falling apart. They no longer offer breakfast or coffee in the morning and they no longer have the bikes for guests to ride on the boardwalk. So disappointing. We will not stay again.
