It’s a pet friendly hotel. I did not realize this before booking. Wish I had actually read the description of the hotel more thoroughly. Had I known, I would not have stayed there. The lobby and elevators were messy. Coffee is terrible. Not a big deal but I need my morning coffee. It’s awful there.

Great stay despite the aroma in the room
We loved the hotel and the restaurant/bar area. The breakfast was good too. There was a scent of smoke in the room which we called about but did not hear back. That was the ONLY thing that was a problem. The rest of the stay was fantastic!

Our stay at the Hyatt was terrific. The hotel was beautiful, especially impressed with the dining and the breakfast buffet was great. The room was immaculate and the motion sensor in the bathroom. was a very, very nice feature. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating especially Phoenix and Taylor. I hope to return to one day. I have to admit however the destination fee was an unexpected and almost cost me a financial situation. I believe that cost should be more transparent in advertising the facility. The fee did not distract from the terrific time we had thank you so very much.

Everything was good. Customer Service was excellent and the location was beautiful. You can see the dolphins early in the morning from the beach. They have kitchenettes which were perfect since we had a microwave to warm up food. The only thing that was too small was the indoor pool. Too small of an area for a lot of people.

Our room was very clean and had an excellent view of the beach. You can hear the ocean but you can hear the jets at night. But I would stay here again.

Wonderful - I've stayed in many hotels by the ocean and they all have a damp feel and smell. This hotel was awesome, comfortable, and convenient - the only thing that could be improved was the very uncomfortable sofa bed. The 2 queen beds were great.

Spacious rooms, ok breakfast
The room was very spacious, but the beds were too soft for my taste. But overall it was a really nice room. The breakfast was OK, but not the greatest. The bread was stale. But the staff was very friendly.
