The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing. You could tell the property was in need of some renovations/updates but everything was clean and in working condition. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool is excellent. Room was small, but adequate. Great ocean view from the balcony. Unfortunately the wifi was inoperable at the hotel during our entire 3 days. Reported to front desk on 1st day, and several times on 2d day. Staff acted surprised and denied any problem until they saw no wifi on their phones. Same experience each time reported. Was told to call tech support number, but number never answered x4. Poor service, for an otherwise nice hotel.

Excellent staff with great customer service!
The entire staff from the time we got there and Jules at the front desk helped us and many other staff even housekeeping were exceptional with great customer service! Forgot they didn't have microwaves in the room but the staff was quick to offer theirs for us to use and we were able to get the things heated we needed to

Recent stay in Virginia Beach!
The hotel was decent. Beautiful views of waterfront with glimpses of dolphins. The hotel is dated. I could barely find outlets in convenient places. The room was clean, beds comfortable, but the floor was a little sticky, not sure why. Towels were well-stocked daily. I ate breakfast in the restaurant, which also faces the beach, and the food was decent.

This property was everything I needed for my short weekend back to my hometown. Property was very clean & quiet. Staff was friendly. The view was amazing. For the price, you can't beat it. I will be returning

When we got there at 1am, the key cards didnt work. Went downstairs to fix it, key cards didnt work again. Went down to fix it again, still nothing. So the fourth time he gave us a different room. The room had double beds for 2 adults and 3 kids. So my husband went down a 5th time to get the room changed to a king bed and a double bed. The man said were just in luck, he had 1 room with a king bed left. We switched rooms to a room with literallt only a king bed, no other beds. So we gave up and all 5 of us squeezed in a king bed for 2 nights of uncomfortable sleep/no sleep. To pay 400 dollars for our stay, the customer service was terrible. And then to see how the place is kept was even more disappointing. Tile ceilings were falling out in our bathroom. Only enough soap for 1 person to shower with. Overall was just a terrible experience. The only good thing was the pretty ocean view from the balcony. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
