My only complaint would be air conditioning units need upgrade very noisy. Otherwise hotel is excellent, very dog friendly, quiet, great breakfast and all the staff very nice and helpful.

We love staying at Residence Inn! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The units are spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The views are AMAZING! The breakfast is by far the best quality and selection of all the properties we've stayed at. Having the living room and full kitchen separate from the bedroom gives it the condo feel. We can't wait to book next year's trip!

We were not informed maid service would be every other day, we had to look for someone to take the trash. There was no hot water in rooms for most of the week. While valet parking sounds great but it sometimes took 20-25 minutes to get your car. The breakfast looked great but food was not hot,I wonder if the temperature was adequate to prevent bacterial growth. The hallway smelled like smoke and marijuana, we reported it to the office but it took 4 days till they placed a filter in the hall. Hallways were never vacuumed. While this was a pet friendly hotel, I was surprised at the large amount of dogs staying here. Don’t plan on sitting outside on the balcony. The air conditioner blasted hot air and loud noise on you, making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside on the balcony.

Our room was ready so we checked in @2pm The friendliness was so appreciated. This is the Best Marriott Residence we have ever stayed with our pups. If you have a fur baby this location is a must. Very Nice
Two room suite. Very spacious. Kitchen with full size fridge, two burner flat top. Microwave oven. Ability to cook and avoid expensive restaurants prices was nice. Will stay there again. It is pet friendly, so be prepared for lots of dogs!

This is the second time I review because i can not edit my first evaluation which is incorrec at some point because some confusion. Hotel is clean, service is good. breakfast ok. Ocean view is very good. parking ok and you are sure to have their people to park the car for you. employees be very friendly. One thing I was confused is that the charge at the checkout will include incidental fees, and are returned to you if you do not charge anything to the room. I tried to call the hotel when I got home after one day to ask why such differnce and got transferred to accountant dept. and no one answer and left me kept holding the phone. after serveral days I gave up. Then got email from hotel to explain that. finally i got refunded. anyway, recommended althought a little bit pricey.

Excellent Customer Service
First of all, the staff at this hotel is absolutely excellent. The kindest staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel is an older property and parking is an issue. That being said, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, were all stellar. We were blessed to not have to use the free valet parking since we always found a parking space in front of the hotel. Room - clean, had plenty of towels, a/c is noisy (older property) but overall the room met our needs. Also, great ocean view. Free Breakfast - lots of options including make your own waffles. Staff here were great too. Location - perfect, right on the boardwalk. Overall, a very good stay.
