TOILETS. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. No wipes or paper towel of any kind!

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continues until 8:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio at a minimum level, out of respect for our neighbors.

PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area and not create a disturbance by excessive activity or parties.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking within and on any decks/porches that are attached to the Premises is not permitted. The Guest acknowledges that this is a non-smoking Premises. Anyone smoking must do so outside off any decks/porches and do not litter on the ground.

PARKING. See parking information within guidebook. These rules help us keep our neighbors happy and in compliance with the City.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Rental Term in the alleyway dumpster.

OPEN FIRES. Camp fires are prohibited.

FIREWORKS. Fireworks are not permitted at any time on the premises.

ACCESS TO PREMISES. The Guest will be given a lock combination or keypad code for the front door three days prior to the rental period. If leaving the Premises, the Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows before leaving. The Guest agrees to refrain from accessing areas and/or buildings not permitted by the Host.

SECURITY CAMERAS. We do not monitor our properties out of respect for our guests' privacy.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund.

GOOD WORKING ORDER. The Host makes every effort to maintain the Premises in good working order. If necessary, the Host will attempt to replace, fix or schedule maintenance as soon as an issue is reported. In rural areas, items and services may take longer than expected. No discounts or refunds will be given for equipment or appliance failure, internet, utilities, technical difficulties or disruptions to enjoyment of the Premises due to power outages or other occurrences outside of the Hosts control.

POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within two (2) weeks the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell, dispose or for personal use.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Essentia Health-Virginia. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Sewer smell/lack of usable AC
We had to put garbage bags over a cracked sewer pipe in the basement to stop most of the smell. AC units on 2nd floor could not all be used as would blow the 15 amp breaker. Only 1 portable AC on main and leaked water and had a odor. It was 90 degrees in the house when we arrived and were not able to cool or remove humidity, coolest main level temp we could get by the unit was 75, rest over liver level not that cool. We had to clean portable AC filters, wash dirty dishes, change ceilings fan filters as we could not reach the owner. Popcorn machine was dirty and all popcorn fixings ate out dated. They did not remove old spices or cooking item, some expired in 2018. Out door grill was dirty with rust. House is older but if the host actually took take or it, would be an interesting house. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNTIL THE HOST MADE APPROPRIATE CHANGES that include extensive cleaning. Half of our party had to go to hotel due to the heat!

Quick quiet stay
Other than a few things that weren’t clean and the sidewalk not being shoveled this was a great place to stay. The big screen was amazing. The kitchen was great. The popcorn station was very cool and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!
We stayed here for a hockey weekend and it was fantastic!! All the rooms were great, house was super clean, it was so much better than a hotel stay! It had everything we wanted and more ! My only thing is parking can be tricky, but it all worked out!! Derik was super responsive with any questions that came up during our day! We would for sure stay here again!!

Loved the movie projector!
The house is larger than it looks and has many areas of privacy and the bedrooms are nice. I was able to have a work meeting separate from my family and not interrupt their time. We loved the decorations and cozy feel to the home. The large movie projection screen added for lots of relaxing fun and family movie time. Everything was wonderful and the management was lovely to deal with. Would stay again!

Very Easy Stay
The stay was very efficient and easy! The house is actually really big and we had no issues fitting 8 guys pretty comfortably! The projector screen was really cool as well to hang out and watch sports with the guys! Would recommend!

Great property for our family get away
Our family of 12, 2 grandparents, 5 adult children and 5 grandkids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there, clean and ready to go. Great areas for large group to gather, and plenty of places for escaping by yourself.
