All communications were with quick responses! Easy to plan. The owner texted me when the unit was ready for our arrival. Upon arrival, they had the ac on, waiting for us. It was a little warm out and much appreciated. They had a white board, welcoming us aboard and had their cell numbers in case we needed them. The house was very cute and nice. The pictures represented it well: except, I believe the house was a wee bit bigger than pictured. There was coffee pods and the coffee maker was ready to go. The unit had every possible thing we could want, or imagine. The cabinets are well stocked with spices, etc. I could go on and on. The bed was divine. Very good ac and heat. Plush linens (not cheap crap like most places). Toiletries were available in the event we forgot anything and there was little niceties all over. Felt perfectly safe there and the parking is 25 feet from the door. We never saw the owner, but I knew if I needed them they would be there! We spent our days at Harbor Beach in O'side. The most important thing is that it was pleasantly clean! We go to O'side once a year (hopefully more) and if available, we would definitely like to stay here.

Very comfortable & convenient location
Very cute rental! The queen size bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rental included many little touches that make a big difference-water bottles in the fridge, keurig coffee cups & creamers. Host was very responsive and accomodating when I needed to extend my stay. I didn't realize at first the light in the bathroom was on a motion sensor, so I recommend turning on the other light so you're not showering in the dark! The designated parking spot requires driving over the curb into a gravel area just off the street. I would have preferred not to be driving over the curb in my low-laying sedan, but there was rarely street parking available. Other than the parking issue, it was a good stay overall. Convenient location, short drive to Oceanside and Carlsbad beaches. Perfect space for a solo traveler or couple.
