Please DO NOT open garage doors or park cars in side. Game Room located in Garage. Please do not park on street. Indoor fireplace does not work.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
No music in backyard at all times.


Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. There will be a $250 fine per guest per day that is unaccounted for.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Spectacular
908 Valley Drive in Vista, is a great vacation home. From the time we stepped on the property to the day of leaving, we have enjoyed every moment. The home was beautiful and spacious and there was so much we did at the home, tat we didn't want to go on all of our away from the trips. Some things that really stood out to me was 1, the WIFI. I was so impressed with the WIFI. No one had any trouble logging on and the WIFI was strong and support all of our devices along with the devices of the home. 2, the AC was great. We had some hot days there and the AC blew nice cool air everytime we wanted it. 3, The Kitchen, the kitchen was stock with every possile thing we could need, from spices to pots, pans and dishes.. It was a great time, a great home, and I think I will VRBO that home again.

My family (11 of us) reunited after 5 years at this lovely home. The home was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the playroom. We had lovely evenings by the fire pit and wonderful days in the pool. Drives were easy to local spots — Balboa Park, parasailing, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fabulous weekend stay!
Property was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and fun! There was something for everyone of all ages for our extended family stay! The house was well appointed - all items we needed were there and easily gound with thoughtful labeling on cabinets and drawers. Overall excellent property! Very Merry Christmas
3 families of children and grandchildren (11 in all) spent 4 nights over Christmas and had a delightful time. At one time, I looked around and saw members of the family participating in 5 different activities--pool, hottub, horseshoes, pingpong and cornhole game and I'm sure someone was in the game room also. Convenient location for holiday needs--Frazier's, etc. We'll be back.

Spacious with tons of activities
We had a lot of different ages (3-75) and everyone loved the property! The views were amazing and the ping pong, game room, pool/hot tub, horse shoe pit, fire pits (I can’t even list all of the amenities) gave everyone opportunities to spend time together (or apart if that’s what someone needed). The house is starting to see a little ware, but that didn’t affect our delight with the property or the owners. They were very responsive to our needs, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay - the game room was fun for all ages, the house had everything we needed and more! The pool wasn't super warm but the kids didn't care and they enjoyed the hot tub when cold. No major complaints from us and we would definitely come back! Some surprise findings that we want to share for others - keurig + drip coffee pot (filters provided), pack n play and high chair, plenty of kitchen necessities like cooking oil, spices, etc; extra fridge in garage/game room; plenty of pool towels, pool beach balls + tubes; select sand toys; some puzzles, huge pantry for your food, plenty of storage for suitcases and drawers + hangers in closets for clothing storage

We had a great stay. The backyard was awesome, kids loved the game room, and the hosts were very responsive for a few small issues that came up during our stay (very minor, busted sprinkler head once interrupted a ping pong game. Hosts turned off sprinkler remotely). Would definitely stay here again.

Great home!
The house is absolutely perfect for large groups and being entertained. We had a fairly large group that included kids and everyone thought the house was perfect. From the game room, to the pool/spa options, yard games, fire pit, conversational gatherings around large tables, kitchen amenities and so much more. Some random issues arose but were easily navigated. Mo was readily available and super helpful. The one and only negative would be the cleanliness of some of some of the bathrooms. Everything else was very clean so it could have been a one time overlook.

Wonderful home for a family reunion. Plenty of room with lots of spaces to relax and talk or be alone. Pool and jacuzzi were big hits with everyone including children 2-4! Exquisite property!
Beautiful home and property! Every attention to every detail! Grounds are immaculate and pool and spa are amazing. Loved alll the lights at night and the multiple fire pits and entertaining areas. Plenty of pool toys as well. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking and the cookware and cutlery were of high quality. The kitchen also had every appliance needed as well as bonus appliances such as an instant pot, large roasting pan, blender, food processor and more. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The game room was a lot of fun (can get a little warm in there though). The home felt very welcoming and just like a home away from home.

Great vacay for the fam
Headed to so cal to celebrate grandma turning 70 and had a blast. The house was welcoming and clean and the yard/pool/game room were fantastic. The owner/manager was very responsive and the whole process was seamless. Good to know: check on propane tanks before you arrive. The grill and fire pits all use it and you wont want to run out.
