Quiet residential house with a holiday apartment, guest rooms and a garden

The house is in a quiet residential area in Vodice, not far from Hotel Punta and the renovated beach Plava Plaza.

It has a holiday apartment for up to eight people and three guest rooms for two people. The big holiday apartment provides 110m² of living space and the rooms measure around 20m².

The shared outdoor area with a courtyard and a garden provide ample seating for comfortable summer evenings. You can also use the fully-equipped summer kitchen and the grill. Free parking spaces are available.

Various services, such as services, breakfast, lunch, dinner, trips, guides and a doctor can be arranged by the owners on request. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and into the centre, so a car is not essential.

The house is just 300 metres from the sea and the beach and a lovely walking path along the sea leads as far as Srima or Tribunj. The town centre of Vodice is only 300 metres away and provides a wide range of restaurants, tavernas, konobas, café-bars, cake shops, discos and night clubs, such as the famous “Hacienda”. It is just 30 metres to a supermarket and minimarket and 200 metres to swimming pools, tennis courts, bicycle and motorbike hire, and boat hire. The proximity to café-bars, clubs and restaurants ensures a pleasant and convenient stay for every age.

The spacious holiday apartment can accommodate eight (four- eight) people and has four bedrooms, each with two single beds measuring 90 x 185cm, which can be joined together easily as double beds if required. The living and dining room has a big dining table with eight chairs and satellite TV, aircondition. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric and gas stove, fridge-freezer, oven and coffee machine. The two bathrooms each consist of a bath, washbasin and toilet. The apartment is relatively cool because of the good ceiling insulation. Wireless Internet access is available.
