"On arrival we asked from the reception whether it is needed to book a table from the restaurant, they said no, there is plenty of space. Once we arrived to the restaurant, waiters threw us away saying there is lack of personnel. Fine, but would it make sense to inform this to the reception where people are asking this? Our family at least got into trouble because it was late and all the restaurants in town were already closing."
