~~ABOUT THE HOME~~
~Palazzo Toscano~ is the CUSTOM 4400 sq.ft home with PRIVATE HEATED POOL and SPA for your enjoyment, both are very popular with our guests.
EACH BEDROOM SUITE IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan and layout design! So important!
Our home is the only property that offers UP to 13* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* with a maximum of up to 20 guests with proper booking approval.
Great for golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired.

For the bookings less than 20* guests 5 bedroom suites and 3 full baths are included with 10 beds to share, but depending on the reservation's group size.
If you only reserving for 8 default guests it's for 4 rooms and 3 full baths with 8 beds!

We welcome smaller and larger groups!

Inquire about 6th suite/4th full bath upgrade to a lock off apartment suite rates to add 3 more queen beds to include total of 13 individual beds, if desired. Rates varie based on season and number of default guests on the reservation or inquire.

If desired, an optional upgrade is available to a lock off apartment suite (6th bedroom suite) to expand and add that 4th full bath as well.

As demonstrated above, master suite, #2 and #3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms to share are ALL downstairs, which is very important for travelers who do not want to climb the stairs!

For your convenience WHITE SHEET SETS and EGYPTIAN COTTON towel sets are provided for each guest, including POOL towels, yey more room in your suitcases!
Plenty of TVs throughout the home with TV service and streaming capabilities, so bring your USB plug-ins!
