This charming holiday home is just 50 metres from the beach with a spacious lawned garden, sunsoaked decking area and allocated parking.

Light and airy, the property has been modernised to a high standard.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double bunk bed and sinlge bunk bed above, and a modern shower room . There is a useful outside tap and hose for rinsing wetsuits and sandy feet.

Dogs (max 2 ) are welcomed @ £50 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs.

The owners write: Polzeath is very special to me as I grew up near here and love the beach and coastline in this area. Polzeath Gardens is the perfect place for a family holiday and it's great to see our children enjoying the beach and the surf the way we used to. It's so easy to spend hours on the beach knowing you can come back at any time and you never have far to go! The convenience of the location is second to none and you can’t understate how being able to park right in the centre adds to the appeal.

We love the cottage because it's perfect for a relaxing stay both in and out of season. We especially love the garden and large sundeck in the summer as it’s a real suntrap. It's great for BBQs and dining outside. In the winter you're still in the centre of things and even on a dull day it always feels welcoming and a cosy place to come back to after a long coast walk or trip out.

If you value location, comfort and convenience, then Polzeath Gardens has it all. No need to take huge amounts of food or clobber to the beach; simply pop back home or to the Spar which is very well stocked and always has what we forgot - not to mention the variety of eateries also on your doorstep.

We love to explore and the fact you can walk North towards the beach, West towards Daymer Bay along the coastline or East to the Rumps is such a bonus. Whichever way you chose there’s always a spectacular view around the corner. This really is a great spot for any time of year.

We had a very comfortable stay and love Bluebirds. The garden was great for Charlie and eating outside in the sunshine. We enjoyed the beach and a visit to Daymer Bay. Cosy break with my partner in winter (February).  Chalet was great and had all we needed. Perfect location – central but tucked away with parking outside. Cycled along Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow. Rick Stein’s fish and chips well worth the trip! We will be back. John and Angela, Feb 2022
